Technology Architect Job Description

Technology architects design and plan the implementation of new systems and technologies. They have a keen interest in new and emerging technologies and can easily plan for the future using logical thinking. Technology architects work in any industry that uses IT software and systems as part of its business processes. They typically work daily shifts in traditional office settings, but may need to work overtime as needed to meet project deadlines. Monitor the implementation of the project

Once implementation begins, the technology architects are responsible for overseeing all moving parts of the project. They make sure the different teams work well together and achieve all the goals.

Measure the performance of the new system

Once a new technology has been implemented, the technology architect is responsible for measuring the overall performance and success of the project. If something was missing during implementation, the technology architects are responsible for correcting the monitoring.
